For the comfort and safety of both performers and guests, the Ridgefield Amphitheater operates by the following rules and regulations. Please familiarise yourself with these prior to your visit.

Guests are recommended to bring binoculars, blankets, a coat or jacket and valid ID.

There are several security systems in place at RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater. This includes the parking lot, where no alcohol, camping, or open flames are allowed at any time.

On entry, all bags and personal items will be checked. You may also have to pass through metal detectors or a wand check.

All bags that you bring with you may also be checked. For this reason, bringing smaller, clear bags can make the security process go much more smoothly.

There are some permitted items that you may bring, including:

  • Small clutches or fanny packs (maximum size 6”x 9”)
  • Clear plastic bags (maximum size 12″ x 6″ x 12”)
  • Non-professional cameras without detachable lenses
  • Empty plastic water bottles or factory-sealed bottles (maximum 1 liter)
  • Personal-sized blankets.

The list of prohibited items at RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Lawn chairs
  • Stadium seats
  • Glass
  • Cans
  • Hard-sided/large coolers
  • Medium-sized bags/backpacks
  • Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage or camping backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Fireworks.

bag policy

You can bring small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs (max 6” x 9”). You can also bring clear plastic bags up to 12″ x 12″ x 6”). All bags are subject to search, and refusal can result in denied entry.

Cash policy

As with many modern venues, RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater is cashless. This means that many (or all) outlets will only accept cashless payment methods, such as credit and debit cards, and mobile wallets.

child policy

All events at RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater are for all ages unless otherwise specified. Some shows may have a higher age requirement, while others may be specifically designated as family friendly. Children under two years old do not require a ticket if they sit on a parent’s lap.

pet and service animals policy

No pets are allowed at RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater — this includes emotional support animals. Service animals are permitted, subject to official ADA compliance, and must remain harnessed, leashed, or tethered to their owners.

Smoking

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is prohibited inside the seating area, including the lawn seating area. Designated smoking areas are available for smokers to use on each of the outdoor plazas.

Decision of staff is final

Guests are asked to be responsible when deciding what to bring to an event – as long as an item does not infringe upon the safety or enjoyment of the event for others, it is usually permitted. However this is entirely at the discretion of staff. The staff decision is final.
