The Doobie Brothers will continue their success this summer as they embark on a 38-date tour across the United States! According to the official statement, certain dates will feature special guests Steve Winwood and the Robert Cray Band as openers. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame group, which is comprised of original members Pat Simmons (guitar/vocals), Tom Johnston (guitar/vocals), Michael McDonald (vocals/keyboards), and multi-instrumentalist John McFee, will kick off the tour on June 15 in Seattle, Washington's White River Amphitheatre. The following day, they’re coming right here to Ridgefield! For the specific show in town, the opener will be Robery Cray Band.
This highly anticipated tour follows the band’s 50th anniversary swing last year. At the time, the tour brought McDonald, Johnston, Simmons, and McFee back together on stage for their first tour in 25 years. Now, they’re back and ready for more!
